News Notes: Jessica Ennis and Others Give Encouragement for Paralympics (VIDEO)

London 2012 Olympic athletes Jessica Ennis, Greg Rutherford and others recently joined forces to record a special message of encouragement for the 2012 ParalympicsGB athletes. Created in partnership with British Airways, the video includes pieces of footage from Paralympics Games of previous years.

The theme of the video is: ‘we are alongside you…’ which is derived from the Games’ definition.

What a wonderful way to give encouragement and support to the 2012 Paralympics Games athletes! It reminds me about how people should always be willing to give a supportive and encouraging word to someone who is on a quest to achieve something great—especially if the person has already reached a goal that the other person is trying to accomplish. I strongly believe that if everyone took the time to encourage others in their endeavors instead of criticizing, judging, or turning a blind eye, the world would be a much better place.
