Special Edition of Music Mondays Coming This Fall: Now Accepting Submissions

Greetings everyone! A few weeks ago I gave a ‘whisper’ on my Facebook, Twitter, and Google+ pages to stay tuned for some exciting developments coming up for MELISASource.com. Well, I am happy to announce one of them today!

Introducing, “You Call It” Music Mondays!

 .

That’s right! I am hosting a special edition of Music Mondays this Fall where you (yes, YOU!) get a chance to be ‘featured’ on MELISASource.com sharing your favorite song of inspiration with the world! Submissions are now open and will be accepted through October 20.

 .

Exciting, huh?!!

 .

Is there anything fancy needed to be done to submit a song? Of course not!! All you have to do is send an email to: melisasource@yahoo.com with the following:

 .

• Your Name and state that you live in
• Song title and artist
• What type of song is it to you (see categories below)
• Why is it your favorite

 .

That’s it!!  (of course, anything else you’d like to share about yourself and/or the song is okay too! )

 .

I will take care of the rest!

Selected submissions will be featured on MELISASource.com weekly from October 22nd—November 26th.

A few final notes:

• Song categories are: motivation, empowerment, encouragement, inspiration
• I feature all genres of music for Music Mondays, so don’t be afraid to submit your favorite!
• Songs with harsh profanity or negativity of any kind will not be considered for feature (no exceptions)
• The information requested above is the information that will be featured on MELISASource.com. If you do not wish to have your name (only first name and last initial will be used) and/or state of residence included in the Music Mondays feature, please let me know in your email.
• If your song is not featured due to large response, don’t worry—a second “You Call It” Music Mondays will run in 2013 if needed to accommodate.
