Common Speaks On Inspiration Behind ‘LUV’ Movie [VIDEO]

Common is just awesome. His music, videos, books, and movies have never failed at giving me a heaping dose of inspiration right when I need it most.

The Chicago-based rapper is currently starring in an independent film entitled ‘LUV’ (which I really wanted to review for Movie Inspirations however it is not currently showing in my town ) where he plays an ex-convict who is torn between different life choices.

As promotion for the move, Common has recently released a video in which he speaks a little more on his role in the film, what motivates him as an actor, and where he sees himself going in his career.

.

Albeit brief, this clip from Common can evoke self-reflection in terms of one’s craft, life direction, purpose, and passion. It certainly did it for me.
