You’re so right, Makeba! Stress is a killer and our mind is a temple that deserves our utmost attention at all times. Water is a soother for me. I enjoy hearing it run down a busy stream, or crashing vehemently against a shoreline. When I am stressed, I make my way to the closest channel I can find. If it’s a rainy day, all the better! I love hearing it pounce against the earth, the trees, and on the rooftop. When we get in that mode where we feel a dose of stress moving in, the best thing we can do is know what brings us back to a place of calm.
