Jack Osbourne first caught America’s attention on the hit reality show “The Osbournes”. Today, Jack is an accomplished film and TV producer and has recently embarked on a father-son historical road trip with, Ozzy Osbourne, in “Ozzy & Jack’s World Detour”, which took them all across the globe, including Stonehenge, Mount Rushmore and Cuba.
Additionally, Jack Osbourne continues to create webisodes in the awareness campaign, You Don’t Know Jack About MS®. The campaign helps to dispel myths, educate and help empower people living with multiple sclerosis (MS) to manage their disease.
The webisode series illustrates what it’s like to live with MS and offers helpful tools for multiple sclerosis patients and caregivers. MS is an autoimmune disease that attacks the body’s own immune system and destroys the myelin sheath that insulates neurons in the brain and spinal cord. Jack was diagnosed with relapsing remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS), the most common form of MS, in 2012.
In the latest webisodes, Jack introduces his audience to two key researchers to discuss how the MS landscape has evolved and some of the most recent breakthroughs that have been made in understanding the disease. Additionally, Jack shadows a notable photographer on an up-and-coming rock musician’s photo shoot as he learns all about her MS story.
Jack joined me to discuss his latest webisode, his role as a MS advocate, and his other projects. Take a look above.
