‘Getting healthy’ is a common New Year’s resolution for me, but it is often one that doesn’t last. Old habits die hard for one reason or another. For many of us, including myself, it’s the snacking that’s the most daunting.

Because I work full days from home as a blogger and a mother, there isn’t much time for meal breaks making snacks a big part of my routine. So as the New Year’s resolution push is still on strong, finding healthier snacking options was essential to ensuring that the resolution lasts.

I sifted through many options such as healthy popcorn or chips before coming to a surprising favorite- Del Monte Fruit Refreshers.
