Unfortunately, I know all-too-well how taxing it can be to manage bladder leakage while aging. That is, unless you know the right steps to take.
Some loss of bladder control is a natural part of the aging process – there’s no way around it. It’s just one of those things that we must live with. For women like me who have had children, it can be worse.
